Annotation:
The article deals with a new approach to optimization of control functions and pa- rameters of nonlinear systems, which is based on solution of special fixed point problems for projection operators in the space of controls. The fixed point problems make it possible to build improving and extreme controls and obtain new conditions for optimal control in a class of optimization problems.
